Montreal Assembly Count to Five & 1981 Inventions DRV

A quick sketch from a beautiful weekend.

Put together my “big” board again, new additions include the Count to Five as well as the 1981 Inventions DRV. This track is kind of demoing a bunch of those capabilities as well as the Danelectro Reel-Echo which I absolutely love.

Basis of this track is a little rolling arpeggio that I kind of loop and then monkey with. Lots of layers here with the CT5 and basically everything has the DRV on it in some way.

I don’t really love the “lead” tone that comes in about 1/2 way through but it is what it is – recorded this in about an hour while the kids were sleeping.

Expect a ton more of this coming in the near future. These are starting to come together in a way that almost feels like they could turn into an organized release of some kind? Who knows.
